Overall Purpose/Vision
Kookaburra Art Therapy offers neuro-affirming creative arts therapy, set in nature, to all individuals and especially autistic, ADHD and PDA individuals.

Science shows the calming effect of nature, and this translates well to the therapy space. Being outside in nature is emotionally regulating and a sensory rich experience, which helps you stay grounded as you work with difficult thoughts, emotions and feelings.

In our sessions you will learn creative strategies that enable you to work with your relationships, strong emotions, body signals and awareness, and with psychological pain and trauma.
