Stride Outside campaign
This September, OHA is supporting the Stride Outside campaign to get more people outside for better mental health. Led by Stride, one of Australia’s largest mental health organisations, the campaign is a free and inclusive challenge to spend 30 minutes outdoors every day for 30 days. This might include spending a daily 30 minutes for a walk in the park, a swim at the beach, a bike ride or a restful meditation under a favourite tree. It is open to all ages and fitness levels. Involvement in the Stride Outside campaign will promote the physical and mental health benefits of being outdoors, social connection and conversations to reduce the stigma of mental health conditions. Funds raised will go directly to improve mental health services. For more information see fundraise.stride.com.au
